Need for metal sound please~

I really want my guitar sounds metal~I am using a Ibaenz
RG series guitar~my amp is a samll cheap Samic amp.
I also got a Zoom 505 effect pedel~
but I feel my bass is not enough~ and also~ what 's the
difference between single coils and double coils??
I heard that double coil sounds heavier~is that true?
and what does pick ups do?

i used to a cheap samic, but now i have a fender Devill.i suggest you use:

Monster cables

dunlop picks

and deffinetly a humbucker for more low end chunk

also use ernie ball heavy bottom skinny top guitar strings thats what i use and i play DethmetaL.

use the Boss MT-2 METAL ZONE it has low and chunk and to go with that buy the BOSS GE-7 equalizer to shape the sound, and hook the EQ pedal up first and put the treb,bass,mids on your amp all at zero and use th EQ peadal for treb,bass,mids.
