Sounds like the springs are ringing in sympathy with the strings. Kinda hard to say for sure from a short clip online, but that's what it sounds like to me.
You might wanna fiddle with the springs a bit to make sure that they're not loose or anything. Otherwise, some people actually bunch up rags and put 'em in the trem cavity to prevent exactly this sorta thing.

take it to a shop- get them to fully set the whole thing up. (adjust the truss rod, fix the intonation, all that jazz)
it works miracles.

Do you have a better suggestion for a solution?

A Luthier will say the same thing as a shop would...

Stuff a piece of sponge or soft cloth between the springs and the guitar body to keep them from vibrating.

i did that, did'nt help at all, it still sound like the springs are ringing.
i just got a new amp the help a little bit, but it's still awful.
sometimes on my strat the strings buzz on the bridge saddles making a tin sound.

sorry i cant lisen to the sound bite but i have any idea about what you are talking about because i had some weird noise comming from my strat and it was the little screw things in the sadles rattling, there were some which didnt have any pressure forcing them down bacause the saddles were being supported by the ones at either side so pushing themback a fraction so the didnt rattle solved it for me

Wouldn't that still be "taking it to the shop"?

Can you hear anything rattling - if you give the guitar a vigorous shake ?
