Can I get petrucci's rhythm and lead sound from a Dual Rectifier Solo Head???

Sure you can, but as with anything, it'll take more than just a similar amp to what he uses. It'll take time to dial it in correctly, but it is possible to get close. Just keep in mind that if it's the studio/album tone you're going for, it'll be twice as hard. The tone you hear on the albums is heavily processed. Even live, he has a very complex signal chain of effects and amps and cabs and such. I for one really don't like his live tone at all. It's quite muddy and too fuzzy for my tastes. But then, those are some tone characteristics that are often associated with Boogies. Try before you buy, and spend some time with it before you make a decision.

ok PRS, but let me tell you that petruccis lead and rhythm sounds are basically his 3 roadkings, the effects he used only are armonizers, choruses, and stuff like that, what I mean is that the distortion you hear is the roadking nature sound.
Also I wanted you to know that the Train of thought album was recorded directly from the amp; clean, lead, rythm and crunch
