Flash videos

(No clue where to put this)How do I make the flash videos with tabs in the video like Doug Fearman does? I know how to make the flash lessons but I don't know how to put the tab in there.

i dont know what kinda media plugins this site uses, but that looks like a regular video that doug ferman edited. u can buy a video editor or use a free one i guess to do that. I kinda forget if flash lets u import videos to the stage to put stuff on top. if so do that.

what free software can i get? i searched download.com and couldnt find anything. maybe i searched for the wrong thing because i searched "video edit"..
