Rhythm Processors- Yamaha RY8?

Hey everyone. The local music store is going under and having a liquidation blowout. It doesn't have a whole lot of the newest gear but I noticed something on a dusty shelf, a rhythm processor called the Yamaha RY8. It has drums, bass lines, chords, brass sections, stuff like that, and is programmable. He said he'd let it go for $199, is this any good? I don't really keep up with the newest gear prices so if anyone knows whether this is a good buy, please let me know.
