Alesis Playmate VS Tascam CD-GT1MKII

Has anyone out there tried either one of these guitar trainers. Can you comment on which one is worthy of laying down some greenbacks for? Thanks

from what i have heard alesis are not a good brand, i dont know much about tascam but personally would stay with bigger brands like digitech boss...

WHOA,whoa,alesis make good stuff.My friend swears by his midiverb as do others and SR-16 is one of the highest selling drum machines ever.Some of thier synths are pretty nasty too.

As far as the guitar trainer goes I'm sure both are good capable machines.Just get the one you feel has more features for the price.If you don't like it you can return it.
