I woke up this mourning and did my daily routine...shower/shave/brush teeth..ect... Then as I came out of the bathroom and looked at my living room clock I noticed I was 5 minutes later than usual. Since I get picked up by a buddy for school, I said s*** and hurried to my room. Then I looked at my room clock and it read 5:05. I woke up at 4:30 instead of 6:30. My mom wakes me up every mourning but I geuss I thought she came for me when she woke my brother up for work. So I'll probaly sit here untill 7:15 untill my buddy arrives. Its raining so I can't go for a quad joyride or take a walk. I'd play my guitar but my electric is in my moms room in which shes asleep. Schmange, didn't something like this happen to you a few months back?

That sort of thing happens to me most every morning, man... I wake up at four, and there's nothing I can do except study quietly or surf the web, namely GT. I think you can guess which one I do most often.

My sleeping habits suck. I have such a hard time getting to sleep and I wake up several times at night. It's got its pros, though. I can go long hours with very little sleep, but getting a good night's sleep is almost entirely out of question as a result. That part kinda sucks, but like I said. Pros and cons.

Ive always been a horrible judge of time. So I'll get out of the shower early or something and I'll just be chill, and next thing I know, I have to go, and I still dont have pants on.

I can't go to bed early, unless I'm realy exhausted, not funny when you gotta get up at 7 and you already haven't had much sleep lately

Just havin fun.
I remember not too long ago, waking up at 5:30 or whatever, taking a shower, having breakfast and getting ready to go out.
A couple of hours later I notice it's not getting any lighter out and realize that it's 8:00 at night.
It's been even more confusing since I got a PVR. I keep watching shows that are a few days old and were broadcast during prime time. I go back to work thinking it's about 9 pm on a Friday or whatever, then I notice it's getting light out and it's actually 5:30 in the morning. Then later I'll overhear somebody talking about something and go "what are you talking about.. it's Friday!"
"uh.. no. It's Monday today."
"No way...
sometimes when i come home from school and sleep, when i wake up i go do everything schmange just said then i realise i just came from school. whats even weirder is after i take the nap i think i have alot more time than i usually do when i dont take a nap

my little cadre of gorgeous Asian and half-asian women that sleep around me in my double-king sized revolving waterbed have a bad habit of stirring me when they awake to cook my breakfast. my life sucks.

Thats why we love you  . My mom has to get up early anyways so she wakes me up. Every now and then she might have to get up earlier to wake my bro up, but she doesn't mind and goes back to sleep.

Anyone ever dreamt about waking up, and then actually woke up and thought "eh?".

That is a definate pro. I'll go to a party and crash at midnight cause I'm too tired and everyone figures I passed out already.

I'm Canadian. I'm always thinking "eh".
I haven't done that, but I did dream about going to BB kings house last night. He lived in a basement in Toronto with 6 old people. He was a rude SOB, and I played his weird ass fender acoustic-electrics.

Yeah, I was visiting my parents and must have heard them talking while I was asleep cause I had a dream about waking up, going upstairs and having a huge argument with my dad. I woke up, literally screaming out loud at him.
Then I went upstairs and my dad asks what I was yelling about and I tell him I dreamt I was having an argument with him. I tell him what the dream was about and we end up arguing about the same thing I was dreaming about.
Weird.

I've had that before and that sucks almost as much as actually waking up in the middle of the night.

I never get to sleep in. I have school Monday-Friday and work on the weekends. It's a pretty sad thing when you look forward to school days so you can sleep a little longer.

i normally sleep alright, from about 2 till 8 but i always feel like cr*p in the mornin.
but a friend of mine has serious insomnia, the other night he tried to get to sleep at midnight and only fell asleep at 10 in the mornin. i meen thats like 10 hours tryin to get to bed, thats more sleep than you need in a night.

I have to wake up at 5:20 am every morning to go to university..every weekday morning! and then I have lectures from 8-5 everyday...well, I end at 4 on a tuesday. and then back home to do some more studying and work and such, usually finnished by about 10:30, by which time I am exhausted, and go to sleep so as to wake at 5:20 the next morning! I hate It! bloody engineering degree!
on the weird dream thing...I once had a dream that I was at this bar/club, sitting around a table with a weird assortment of mates (friends I barely saw, and who didnt know eachother well) I was telling them all about a dream I had had about a girl who I went to school with...in the dream about which I was telling them, she was a waitress, serving coffee to snakes (dunno where that came from, but I think I saw snakes drinking coffee in a Gary Larson cartoon, The Far Side...and it stuck in my mind)...anyway, the weird thing is that the next day, I found myself sitting at the exact table that we sat at in my dream...and all of the same people were there...so naturally I had to tell them about my dream within a dream in which Samantha served coffee to snakes...
