There are more lessons & tutorials available to High Bandwidth members that include videos to help explain things. If you need a lesson explained, you can contact the instructor. And you can always post questions here, in the forum.

Check out each instructor's page. There's a couple of free lessons on each and about 150 free lessons in total.
If you want the really good stuff, become a high bandwidth member and get access to a few thousand lessons with MP3's, tabs, videos, midi, a jam section.... a lovely cheese table in the foyer...
