ive been trying to figure out the free guitar lessons on this site and they are so freakin confusing. i pressed the help button and it didnt tell me anything i didnt no. i no wut #1-4 mean. but they have 10 11 12 13 and it just goes on

Yeah, maybe but it seemed to me he found something numbered. Like pages or something. I've been away too long.

Im 12 and i have had only 1 lesson on guitar (how to read tabs and a basic melody on the E string) and i have mastered it so it is fairly easy...

So this probably seemed like a stupid question but Ifigured all of this crap out. the #'s i was talkin about were the fret #'s.

There's 65 pages of tapping material posted on this site, right from the very basics all the way up to 8 finger tapping. It's explained using simple language and the same type of Tabs that any bozo with a limited knowledge can understand.

Am I missing something??
Like, are ya actually learning how to read tabulature first and then reading the tapping material and studying it? Or are you glancing at the lessons and expecting them to transfer to your fingers like magic or something?

Ya know...it's like taking Algebra or any other subject.
You don't walk into school the first day, glance at the text book and go "oh..boo hoo... this is too hard and it doesnt' make sense... this is stupid and the person who wrote this book is stupid" ...then go crying to the teacher to make it work for you.
You sit there for the rest of the year and study it.
