i got this baby for christmas, pulled some strings and made it happen. really beautiful De Armond guitar.

its got a gibson-esque design, as you can tell, and the neck legnth is very similar to a gibson as well. realllly hot humbuckers as well.

hey, did you know human saliva makes a great guitar polish? no joke! I even read it in a book on guitar repair I got. that's where I got the idea.. I tried it, and it totally works! kinda gross to know you are wiping your spit all over the guitar though. but better then some crappily made polish that eats through your finish.

yea, for real, the thing looks like a big fat dude rubbed his armpits on the face of that thing. well i would have cleaned it up a bit, but i was playing it and my girlfriend was like "hey lets take a picture of it so you can put it on that damned guitar site" and i started laughing and said ok. haha, whatev.

I really doubt that those acids are strong enough to eat through paint. it's not like spit has ammonia in it or anything :confused:

Saliva is also good for getting those annoying sticky marks off the front of your new CD's after you take all the stickers and crap off that the shop put all over them!
