All i know is ABACA form mostly

Try not to think about structure too much. Just think about what would sound cool next, rather than planning the order of the whole song.

Mix it up a little... the traditional song structure gets old after a while ;)

The guy needs to learn somewhere. If he already knows the answers why would he even think to ask?

It's called trolling. The questions he's asking are too complex for a newbie and the only way he'd know to ask those questions is he already knows the answers or he's getting them out of a book or something.
It's either some guy from another forum who wants to prove that nobody here knows what they're talking about, or it's a guy who's in the business that wants to prove his superiority.
