Help/High Bandwith

I am a subscriber and my mom has been paying by credit card every month, she said she still is, yet, when i go to guitartricks main page it says that i am not a high bandwith subscriber and i dont have access to the videos the ads on the right show etc. could somebody please help me, i am quite sure i should still be high bandwith, and i am logged in, help would be much appreciated, thanks
