eh... I'd sooner take the money and buy a $2000 amp, as I already have a guitar that keeps me happy. but I would kill for a TSL100...
but this isn't about me, I have been playing guitar for a while, and my first guitar cost me about $150. why would someone who doesn't know how to play buy not one, but TWO $1000+ guitars?

Has it occurred to any of you guys that his remark about "learn to play the bloody things" may have been an example of dry, self-deprecating British humour?

British Humor? Or should I say Humour? Is that like a man wearing women's clothing? Or a bunch of gay cowboys sitting around eating pudding?

Very few Americans can grasp British humour.

Welcome to GT! Nice guitars btw.
Hell, I've been playing about 11 years, and still don't know much about the guitar. I can play a few things, but that doesn't mean I know what I'm playing. I just play what sounds good (and a lot of things that don't).
