I got an offer for $280 on this combo here. Is it worth it?

$250 maybe for the amp and the pedalboard. You can get one of the newer versions (flextone II or III) for around $300.

That amp is quite old (for what it is), and was one of the first "modeling" amplifiers around. There are much better amps around in that pricerange.

You could always counter offer for say, 200. or less

Im still thinking that Im gonna get that Line 6 Spider we'd discussed in an earlier thread, just wanted to make sure I wasnt missing out on a good deal.
