a dean baby XL, an acoustic of some sort... perhaps a nylon-string acoustic, and then maybe a fender standard telecaster.

a couple pedals, chorus and delay, and a new tube amp are also on my list of short-term wants

wow, this was exactly me. My boss at my job this summer sold me his LP studio for 650, i was pretty happy. I played bass for 7 years, and had been playing acoustic guitar for about 2, it was time to get an electric and the right deal came along for one of the guitars i was thinking of getting. i wanted either a PRS custom 24, an LP standard, or a studio, cause it was more in my price range...But hopefully, the PRS will come next...

an ESP m-200, if I got the money for it. Then a PRS singlecut trem and an IBanez would be fine. :D

well, I got some BareKunckle pickups arriving in a week, and a footswitch and memory card for my new Digitech Jam Man (what an awesome pedal, I love it).

I think next on my list is to trade my amp (Laney vc 50) in on a Peavey 2x12 5150)...should have the cash for it, dunno if I wanna tho...I'm told that cahnging my preamp tubes could make it sound more how I want it to, which is likely, as I have never changed those in the 3yrs I've had it.

Then I think maybe a telecaster (in a year or two) and I saw a really nice guitar today...played like a dream, twas a Framus Panthera...I'd take one of those aswell.

Ohhh this could be a very long list.

i just got the Ibanez rgt320Qrbb. If you have never seen this guitar i suggest looking at it. It is the best playing and sounding guitar ive bought to date. that includes a c1 classic, an American Les Paul Standard, the Malmsteen strat (which i no longer have), and the Ibanez Prestige rg2550. I did look at the carvins though, and i have to say, if i could play one before i buy one, I'd definately consider that.
