Making the "dive bomber" sound

How do you make a diver bomber sound? It looks like it is a combination of a pick sweep and maxing out on the tremolo but I just can't get it to sound right. Any help is appreciated.

Pull off your string with your fret hand while torking down on the bar. As the string loosens, it buzzes againsts the frets and adds a nice edge to the tone.
