How yous doin? I have a fender strat and a gibson les, I play ,blues ,rock aternative, I like to get faster like Eddie Vanhalen randy roads and practice the pantatonic scales ,but I can seem to my fingers to move fast enough, Do I need to inject my fingers with steriods or something??

lets see, well all i really have to say is that you should get a metronome.

start playing this riff, and slowly increase the speed of the metronome, and likewise your playing speed.

keep doing that, and you'll get faster and faster, as well as more and more accurate.

I been playing for years and I still sound like Ace frehley, Not to say that he bad , But he has no speed, But I will take your suggestion and go up and down with the metro, Darn thing gets boring LOL !! tick tock tick tock ,You sure steriods wont help ? LOL!

I'd go with the metronome thing, but i'd also learn some 3 note per string scales aswell.

haha, i absolutly LOTHE metronomes but they are useful tools and can keep a beat better than you can in your head. lol

i donno about the steroids man. unless you want to start....growing other things that you might not want growing. haha.

its gunna be monotonous, but keep at it and you'll get it down

Metronomes rock, I use them religiously almost. Although they can get on your nerves after a while...
