ive devoted my high school life to trying to find as much time as possible to practice and jam at school, and i can easilly pull off 3 hours just at school. all my classes let me play, and then i play guitar for the school jazz band as well as taking advanced guitar class. so erm, i shouldnt have any excuse to not be able to practice enough.

oh, haha i JUST NOW figured out what 10 characters means...... wooooo im tired.
okay so um im guessing......an hour or two when i get home from school around 2:30... homework, an hour here or there before dinner.... a couple hours before bed.......
weekends a lot more....
it depends on how busy my schedual is.......
It's pretty much all I do when I'm home. I'd say about 4-5 hours a day average.

I practice about an hour day, and i just jam whenever I get a chance, it seems like it gets harder and harder to find time to play. I am playing a lot more though here lately since I am playing at a basketball game next weekend

Man, I wish I had enough time to play like I used too.
Right now I maybe play 30-60 minutes if that. And it's not practicing, just jamming around because I don't want to spend the only time I can play, practicing. I used to practice about an hour or so a day.
Ahh, when I had time. Blah!

That's where making the time comes in. Granted scenarios differ from person to person, I'm aware of that, but who needs sleep anyway? I can think of a number of occasions where I've sacrificed my sleeping habits because I felt I'd gone too long without playing guitar. Of course I should mention that both of my parents have sleeping problems which have genitically formed a mish mash in me that allows me to go long periods without sleep. But as I type this I'm also thinking about other things, like how I don't really have a girlfriend to interfere or much of a family to distract me or anything, so it's not really like I typically don't have the time anyway. But I'm staying up late tonight because I've got a deadline to meet.

Screw that. :p
Well, it's around 20 hours a week, give or take a few, it really depends what stuff is going on at College, whether I have 138.74 essays to write or whether all my tutors are ill or something. I also see Sophie 3 times a week outside College so it's a matter of balancing everything.

I get about a half hour to an hour in a day. I have no clue how you guys can play 4-5 hours a day! I barely have enough time to get in the time that I do! but I'm a really fast learner, so me practicing for an hour would probably be the equivilent of most of you practicing for 2-3 hours...

Not that one would like to be presumptuous over such an issue. ;)

It varies. Most days have gotta be around 2 hours, but I dont know if youd really call it practice. Lately Ive been trying to come up with solos, and having a hard time....If I learn a song, Ill wale on that for a while then that gets boring. Im kind of having a hard time right now, because Im in a stage where I can play any of the easier songs, but cant get the more difficult stuff down. Little Wing has been giving me hell, and Im thinking of trying Van Halen's 5150 again after giving that a rest for a month or so.
