Ok, so I'm looking at maybe getting a new combo amp, and being as I don't have that much experience with what is available out there, I thought i'd come here and look for advice.

Basically, i'm looking for something that is/has:

a combo tube amp
2x12
100W+
A good distortion channel
A good clean channel
Reverb
an FX loop input
An input for linking it up to external cabs

Most of you know what sort of stuff I play, but for those who don't: I mainly play shred, so i'm looking for something that will compliment my playing style. Money isn't an issue really, as i'm willing to save like a mad man! :p

Thanks in advance for any help. :)

Check out the Traynor Custom Valve 80 (http://www.yorkville.com/products.asp?type=32&cat=18&id=170). It's 80 Watts, not "100+", but no-one can hear the difference in level between 80 Watts and 100 Watts. What matters is tone, and the Traynor amps have it.

Peavey Classic 50! 2x12 50 tube watts. If this thing isn't loud enough, you have problems. :D You might also want to check out the new Peavey Valve King series, or the new Peavey JSX 2x12 combo.
