Only this time, it's what's yer favorite thread/post from your days here at guitartricks? Mine (http://www.guitartricks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13321) would be a little boring to everyone else, but it was just the perfect week for me.

Awww...marriage.

Allons, ange déchu, ferme ton aile rose;
Ôte ta robe blanche et tes beaux rayons d'or;
Il faut, du haut des cieux où tendait ton essor,
Filer comme une étoile, et tomber dans la prose.

As Gautier would say. Nice verse.

I'll have to do some digging to find my favorite post. Something Eggman said a long time ago...

Found it!

Eggman, in response to the question "what's the difference between an E-bow and a regular violin bow?"

Mine is the one where you type what really pisses you off. I can't seem to find it, but I remember something about the hatred of sporks.

Edit: Here it is http://www.guitartricks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11460&page=1&pp=7&highlight=sporks

I don't know if I've got a favorite thread. Plenty of them are good, so I can't really think of any off hand that come running to mind. Maybe I'll think of one later, but right now nothing.

Here's that one (http://www.guitartricks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14555) for the uninitiated. I never read the whole thing, but what I did gave me some grins. Definitely an epic.

:)

[Edit: I just choked on my food reading through the GT story, so, I suppose it qualifies as my favourite thread.]

This (http://www.guitartricks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5877) is probably my favorite. I made it when I was still pretty newb to the guitar and had little to no grasp of theory. What made it particularly enjoyable was watching noticingthemistake (is he still around?) square off against griphon2. It was a heated, crazy, guitar tricks argument for the ages.

It's not necessarily my favorite ever post, but it's one of the first I ever had here; thought you youngsters (I'm gonna get into trouble for that, ain't I? :p) might want to see some of the "good-old" days...

ah, how we laughed....and argued...we argued a lot too.... :D

Hi, my real name is Bambi. I'm 18 years old with long blonde hair and blue eyes.
I like long walks on the beach, pretty daisies on a sunny morning and men who aren't afraid to cry.

Lmfao! :rolleyes:

If you were 14 then you'd be 19 or 20 now. I was 19 then :D

Ah...that's cheered me up....I'm 20...has it really been 5 1/2 years?!

Y'know, it's pretty damn hard to pick an actual favorite...might have to "borrow" someone else's, hehe.

Haha...they lost me, so can't say who won, but that's the comedic value.
