What scales does angus usually use?

Hey I'm trying to get a tribute band going for AC(lightning bolt)DC, but I'm not sure what scale he uses in his solo's, and I thought it'd be kinda lame to just coppy the solos from theire live CD right over and just play that, plus it'd I'm not the best at tabbing. I was thinking of doing Highway to Hell, Back in black, thunderstruck, You shook me all night long, and Let there be Rock. Anny other tips anybody might have would rock too.
