well if theres tabs on spanish staccatto (im guessing thats what you where trying to spell?) then it would already be a "style" then, wouldnt it. all spanish music is is the natural minor scale, usually cliche'd in the 5th position. its also called the phrygian mode. another scale thats real fun to use is the spanish gypsy scale, which is the 5th mode of the harmonic minor scale.

The spanish word is Estacado.
Staccatto is italian.
The most common chord progression is:
Am-G-F-E
Notice how at the end of the progression you resolve from "F" to "E", [half step] which are the 1st and 2nd of "E Phrygian";
that is why the Phrygian mode works so well.
Spice it up with an "A Minor Harmonic" and using finger picking style. Disfruta!
