To me it would be the KH3-ESP. Which is the Kirk Hammett Signature guitar.

but what if it is like a squire strat. in my oppinion those suck ass

A lot of Squires are basicly crap. I've played some fairly nice ones too. I think most new guitars now a days are hit and miss. Fender's absolute bottom line, DeArmonde is on average better than their American Standard Series, atleast as far as basses are concerned. I've been too discusted with the basses to try an american standard guitar. The same goes for Epiphone and Gibson. Many Epi's I've seen lately (excluding pickups) have been much better than many Gibsons at 3-4 times the Epiphone price. I've come to the point where if I go to a shop to check out new stuff, I usually end up going straight to the used rack.

I would say the best guitar in the world would be one that was played by say Alex Lifeson, or Jimi Hendrix or Stevie ray vaughn. It would make it really special.

The best to me now would be the JH-1 esp. which would be the green flame james hetfield flying V. it aint for sell to anyone yet but it will be.....

My favorite guitar would have to be Kirk's lava lamp guitar. I've never played it but damn, Kirk does and it looks so f*ckin' cool!

I am looking at a Dean ML X7 seven string. I have heard of Dean in other areas before, but am not sure about their instruments. What do you think?

The best guitar I've ever played would have to be a Gibson SG or a Les Paul. Les Pauls rule but they are too expensive.
