For the longest time it was GNR's sweet child of mine. Now I think it might be SRV's Little Wing, or Buckethead's Binge and Grab.

My favorite(recently I guess) is a solo by Buckethead on a song called "Buckethead."
It's the first track on "The Big Eyeball in the Sky" by Colonel Claypool's Bucket of Bernie Brains.
The outro guitar solo is just awesome. The more I listen to Buckethead on guitar the more I like him.

There's TONS of favorites for me, but these 3 come to mind instantly as solos I could listen to forever:
1) Bad Attitude- Chet Thompson- Hellion. He had this throw down groove in his playing that really shines on this song. Without a doubt my favorite guitarist from the 80's Head Banger's Ball bands.
2) The Legacy- Alex Skolnick- Testament. Alex is just awesome and even though the song is a ballad I love it. Shame he doesn't do stuff like this anymore.
3) Comfortably Numb- You know who- Pink Floyd. Self explanatory.
Also the "We're Stars" compilation solos never get old to me.

But he doesn't actually have a song called "Yngwie Can't Touch this" Search his discography, it's not on there. I think the main reason no one mentioned him is because most people are bored to piss all by him. Not all people, but most.

I don't think it's anywhere near being the best solo, maybe one of the most difficult though. Btw, apart from you, me and probably that arab nioio or whatever his nick is, no one in here understands what salamat means :p

I listened to "no boundaries" and it is absolutely awesome. I have a new guitar master to study now, but it doesn't compare to Randy's work on Mr Crowley.
