Well, I didn't take the time to look at any of those... but I will just say that I'm sure any of them, if they're made by ESP/LTD would be good lead guitars. ESP puts high output buckers in all their guitars which makes them great for slicing through a thick mix. Just play all the prospective guitars and get the one that feels the best to you. I'm sure they all have decent pickups for leads.

of course ESP/LTDs are best for leads, just look at Kirk Hammett for christs sake!
I'm only guessing, but higher fret access could be a problem on the EC-400. You need to try one out.
As for whether you get the H-400 or MH-400, that depends on whether you want EMGs or Seymour Duncans

they all seem pretty good. the EC400AT appears to be the one used many a time by godsmack, and the first one you mentioned is a toned down version of the kirk hammett signature. you might want to check out the AX500 as well, i have a very cheap copy version but it still has awesome humbucking power! and also you can admire it for its looks.

I just sent back an LTD DELUXE EC 1000. It was an excellent guitar with high end appointments - abalone inlays, EMGs, Sperzel locking tuners, etc. It had 24 frets but acess to several of the frets in the upper register were very difficult to reach comfortably, so this would not be the best choice for high-note leads. The "M" Models or the Horizon models might offer better access for better lead work. But the EC Deluxe did sound great with the EMGs, etc, but not well-suited for my playing.

The LTD range is the cheaper Korean range of ESP's.
Much like Epiphone and Gibson (although in general, LTD's are better than Epi's).
Japanese Jacksons and USA Jacksons is probably a better example.
