the damn summer heat...

i know this sounds stupid, but its driving me crazy. i know its not lack of sleep, because i got like 10 hours last night, and i usually get like 8 or 9 because im a whiny bitch. but anywho, does anyone else have difficulty playing guitar sometimes, not physically being tired, but their brain being just not there? its really annoying, illl have an awesome day of playing guitar where i shmab it up, and it will follow two days of me being either "tired" or just ****ing unmotivated. i dunno. this is probably the lamest rant anyone has ever gone on. i just wanted to know if anyone else has days like this, so i can quit thinking im the only one.

Might have something to do with your diet.
I know when I don't eat properly all I wanna do is lie around all day. Then I'll eat salads and fruits or whatever and I'll wonder what the heck was wrong with me.

haha. thanks, i was actually looking for an answer like that, as opposed to like "go and punch a dude in the face, youll get an adrenaline rush!!!!" hah, its like, when i feel like this, ill try alot of things sometimes, ill stretch, do light workouts, but i still feel tired. the diet thing must be it, becasue ill sid and eat saltines while i play guitar all day.

I'm like that....Some days I can hit every note I want to effortlessly, then the next day, I can't strum a simple C chord cleanly, haha....

I think everyone has their on and off days...
