i am unfamilaiar with the style of the video's.
are they just a close up of the player's hands? or is there talking/teaching along with the person playing the tabs?

Are you talking about instructional Video's like hot licks I am new to this site but if that is what your asking they are inclusive usually of TAB so while the musician on the video teaches you the lick while the camera focuses on his fingers you can also read the TAB its like getting a guitar lesson but the instructor is on VIDEO.

It depends on the lesson. In most cases it's probably a written description with a tab and a video or MP3 showing how it's actually played. In some cases where a written desciption is difficult, the instructor may talk you through it.
Instructors are usually available by email as well, so if you need clarification on something, just ask.

I've subscribed for High B/Width (video) content. Why do I just see "wimpy requires the latest flash ......" when I already have, but have installed again, the latest player?

Try another video because sometimes it's just the format it's in.
If this doesn't work, see if you have pop-up blocker because that can sometimes stop the video pop-up appearing. Also, if this doesn't work, try out your player offline and make sure it works with your computer.
If none if this works, you may have to contact the admin to see if they can fix the problem.
