Remedies?

Ugh, anyone have any remedies for a severly upset stomach?

I feel so pooey. :(

with some stomach aches, eating potato chips/crisps will help; the thicker the better. they help absorb fluids, which is pretty damn gross, but, at least they taste good on your end of things and can buy you a few hours of goodness.

Ginger Ale/Beer (the non alcoholic type) may help too; 7up and Sprite do to a lesser extent. I personally chug water to expel everything from my body quick as can be.

hmm... I didn't know that, I'll have to try that next time I have a stomach ache.

Thanks guys. Thankfully I went back to bed after I posted this thread and woke up later on feeling alot better.

I'll remember to try the crisps thing next time. :)
