hi everybody.

I just joined about a week ago. I thought I would introduce myself to everyone. my name is tom. and i am looking forward to learning as much as i can,since i can't seem to teach myself to play. i've been at it for at least five years. with that said i still sound like a beginner.

Yep, welcome. I've been playing about 12 years and like you I think I could be alot further than I am for that long. Of course none of us should ever get too content with our skills, but hey that's why we're here.
