Well I have been playing guitar but acoustic and just got my electric a few weeks ago. Are there any tips on playing solos my own and others. thank you

Learn many, many scales and play them a few hundred times. Learn the basic scale patterns before trying your own thing. Pentatonic is the first one you need to learn......have fun :cool: see ya

Find some simple songs you can jam along with, like some 12 bar blues stuff, once you learn a few scales that is. Maybe find someone to jam with as well.
