Hey I am looking for a finger exercise that will help me pick up speed between chords, I am very slow at the moment. Also anyother ones will help to, because my fingers don't stretch that far... :o

So can any of you help me out?

Nope...don't know any exercises with chords, just songs. There's gonna be excersises for stretching, pull-offs, and other various skills to improve yer sinuous muscle, but fretting a chord on command quickly is pretty much just gaining muscle memory in yer hand...so you might as well just learn a song you think you can handle and/or practice those chords until you don't have to think about it. Let's see, the first song with chords I learned was "Mother" by Pink Floyd. Doesn't get much easier. Or just this week I'm learning "Sultans of Swing" by Dire Straits...that one's rythym is probably suitable for beginners (good barre chord practice).

Yes Sultans of swing has some good barre chord practice in the key of Dm ,make sure you get the rhythm right, its very important in this song.
