just got a guitar

i am a drummer who has recently bought a guitar and trying to learn i can play some chords and the basics i have a book but it doesnt teach me much i can play a bit of nirvana and guns n roses but thats about it where can i go to learn more and find some tab to learn

Hopefully you realise this is just the forum part of the site...seen the lessons that are posted? There's plenty there for all levels. As for Tablature, I highly recommend downloading Powertab (http://www.power-tab.net/downloads.php); it has some of the best tabs and the midi song samples are especially beginner friendly.
