I just did a quick search through my state's list and it turns out there's a sex offender living in the dorm I lived in last year and will be living in next year. I never would have guessed that.

I see your 72 in a county and raise you up to 1040 in my county. No **** either. Kicker is I just moved here. I also checked the county I used to live in before I moved and that had 177. Ohio sucks.

Don't forget racism, Ohio's also got the highest racist group activity in the country. Armed Perverted Bigots of Ohio. Sounds like a band. But yeah, Ohio does have a tad much freedom, the more they give the more Ohio takes. And with chaps like Mr. Peppers on the loose. Needless to say, some day I hope to move outside of America.

keep in mind that in some states, depending on the laws there, "sex with a minor" can mean "18 year old with 16 year old" if the parents of the younger person or the younger person themselves want to raise hell over it.

Very true. But just look at some of these cases, most of these guys are much older than 18, and most seem to have been convicted for sexual acts with minors under 14/15.

To be fair, it doesn't actually say he's been convicted of sex with a minor...unless somebody knows otherwise.
