This is a simple chorus with nothing fancy about it, it simply get's the job done (and very well I might add). It has 4 knobs, Level, EQ, Rate(speed), and Depth. It can go from a slow flanger like sound to a fast rotary speaker(leslie) type sound. I don't think it's possible to get a bad tone from this pedal, and trust me I've tried (I'm an OCD tweaker). My settings are roughley Level: 2:00 EQ: 1:00 Rate: 2:00 Depth: 1:00. This gives a nice "lushness" to your tone. It sounds great either in front of an amp or in the fx loop. I personally prefer the loop. It also sounds good with a bass guitar. This is probably my favorite pedal and effect, thus the reason for reviewing it first :D

Many more reviews to come as soon as I get rid of this darn headache :(

I must agree with PRS on this one. I picked mine up used for $40 and it's the best pedal/money I've ever bought. Adds nice sound to many different styles of playing.

I also own the CH-1, and wow, what a great pedal! Expecially considering it's not all that expensive.

My settings are: Level: 2 O'clock, EQ: All the way round to "Hi", Rate: 12 O'clock, Depth: 2 O'clock. This is infront of the amp. Gives a nice swirly sound, spacey sorta.

May I also add that the switching on this pedal is great, when you step on it it turns on without the annoying click you get from for example Marshall pedals. Very smooth.

These things go for cheap brand new, and even cheaper on ebay!

I got mine for £59 brand new, although on ebay they go for around £35.

Great value, great pedal.
