Skylark Guitar

Anyone ever heard of a Skylark guitar? They were sold for a little while by JC Penny, they have a couple of models one is a set neck, and the other is a five piece neck through, I have the neck through and it has been my main axe for about 8 years, bought and sold over 125 guitars in that time and this one is just the one. Im sure you all can relate to that one guitar that just feels right? Anyways does anyone know where I can get another one. On Ebay they go for a ridiculous amount.

... Anyways does anyone know where I can get another one. On Ebay they go for a ridiculous amount... I've never heard of a Skylark guitar, but I can sympathise. I like my black 1984 Yamaha SBG1000 so much that I bought another one just like it on eBay a couple years ago. Prices are now climbing as word gets around. I paid $630 Canadian for a new one in 1984. The used one cost me almost $700 US with shipping and Customs duty. I see them pull down about $1000 US these days. I would love to find a black pearl SBG3000, but it would probably cost about $3000 US!
