bad day

wow today sucked, we had a field trip in skool and my frends were pissed at me because i got our gruops combined and i was like in a grup with ppl they hated, but theyu didnt care later, then at thescien,ce museum we went to, i went in a tilted house thing and im pretty sure i broke my wrist, then i was gonna ask my frend out who i like so i finally had the cpurage, but she sed she just wanted to be frends and then some kid bashed my nose with a violin and who knows whats next. ive had much worse days, but today suked, and i cant stop thinking about my frend which is driving me crazy.......


and now i cant do the one good thing, play guitar, kuz of my wrist

I have spent months trying to isolate a mutant yeast allele that causes a phenotype that I can see.

I finally got back a plasmid only to discover that it has no mutations in it.

This means that I either have not rescued the right allele or the phenotype is due to a mutation in a gene I don't care about.

Both are bad !

Was this on purpose? cuz if it was then thats f***ed up and you oughta rip him a new one. As for the thing with your friend, ive found through experience that when you get involved with a friend, you'll never be the same afterwards. So when you break up (cuz most DO end lol) that friendship aint gonna be what it used to be...I've had too many of those...Btw my day sucked as well...Got up at 630 for class, failed my 2nd physics exam, then had to do a physics lab report...at least i wasnt attacked with a violin ;)

the kid who hit me with the violin.... that was an accident. And, now, I know she won't admit it, but I can tell my friend is acting different, even if it's just the smallest bit. And I can't stop thinking about her. I'm not trying to act all soppy and mushy and stuff but...ya.

Then at the science museum we went to, i went in a tilted house thing and I found a winning lottery ticket, then i was gonna ask my frend out who i like so i finally had the courage, and she said yes and we had sex all day and then some kid bashed her nose with a violin and she had sex with me too. This is the best day ever.

Today i was at the museum as well with a friend that I like and decided to tell her how I feel, so when no one was around I showed her the tilted plasmid in my genes and she said bring it on, anyway we snuck off behind one of the displays and she showed me her phenotypes but when it got to her genes I couldnt go any further it was just horrible, I told her as nicely as I could that she had mutant yeast in her genes and for that she hits me with a bloody cello, ill be glad when this day is over I tell ya.

First off both my fiance and I have really bad colds.

My day goes like this:
Get to work check on the backups... the backups are boofed... rebuild the backups... next a wireless connection on a roof miles away goes floop... we are powerless to fix it... it corrects itself... it pukes again hours later... it fixes itself... it chokes to a sputtering end once more... i climb the ladder and fix it... all the while fighting a help desk phone that forgot how not to ring... on way home get stuck in traffic while crews attempt to unflip a flipped garbage truck in the highway.

My fiance's day goes like this:
Get to school, start teaching... mid-day student beats crap out of other student... grr tension... after school fight on bus... grr grr... ends up staying at the school into the evening waiting for the students to be picked up... grr... grr... complete writing 20 pages paper for grad school... have loved one check it out... complete 50 changes to 21 page paper...

There are things you can do (non-medicinal) to correct your internal clock, such as making sure your bedroom is completely dark at night, not having any sugar/caffeine within a few hours of sleep (say, 6), not doing any exercise within a few hours of sleep, etc.

A Google on "insomnia" should turn up a few pointers, too.

in the summer, when I didn't have my sleeping was really skrewed up. I slept at 4am one night and woke up at 12pm, then I would have a crazy headache all day long, then I would stay up till 2am and wake up at 3pm, it was really messed up. hmmmmm, it was fun though, sometimes, not really, what am I talking about? ok nvmd

I play guitar until 6 a.m. after which I sit around and just play around with different leads. I usually sleep at around 9 a.m. and get up at 4 or 5.

Enjoy it whilst you can, I'm up at 5.45 and at work by 7.00 am. And I'm there 'till 4 or 5. I get home play the guitar. make / eat dinner, may be get another hour on my Axe and then bed time at around 9.30.

I think I may be turned around...

So yesterday (Thursday) I went to sleep at 11am intent on sleeping until about 7 or 8pm. But my mom comes home from work at 4pm and starts screaming at me because I'm sleeping, then she drags me on a car ride to my uncle's while I'm still trying to wipe the sleep out of my eyes. To top it all off she was cranking a mama's and the papa's CD. It sucked ass. Then I popped some sleeping pills @ 9:30pm last night and was out by 11pm. I woke up at 4:30am today so I guess I'm all turned around.
