I still haven't made up my mind on just how much of my gear I'm going to sell off, but you'll probably soon see lordathestrings offering a bunch of Garnet 412 cabs and some assorted speakers.

Ebay is great !!!
I generally use it to get "cheap testers" and get rid of stuff I have finished with.
recently I have got rid of:
a GNX2 (210 bucks)
a 500 MHz iBook (520 bucks)
a Vocal300 (180 bucks)
a bass (squire)
a bass amp (squire)
a bass POD
all for more than reasonable amounts of cash (considering the local music shops charge 25% commission ~!)

I'm prsplaya8 on ebay.
I remember when I had a Marshall vs100 combo. I never could keep the footswitch working. I was able to fix it a few times, but it finally got "unfixable" (for me anyway). A replacement isn't very cheap either.

One of the problems with the TSL100 is that the din plug for the F/S is attached directly onto the circuit board. This means it is a week connection from the gibco.
A solution is to wrap your F/S cable through your handle strap (like your input cable) and treat it with respect !!).
I really love this amp however I think Im going to follow LATS's advice and go for a full JJ re-tube. That will have to wait until after xmas !

It's kinda crappy if you're trying to sell something... unless I just had a bad experience or something.
I put up a brand new pair of Sennheizer headphones still in the box for $75 (brand new they're $150). The ad only stayed up for a week, I didn't get one bid and now eBay is bugging me for $6.00 to pay for the ad.
mmm I don't think so...

mmm I don't think so...There's a lot of resistance to a high starting price, but once a few bids come in, the price usually ramps up to a more reasonable number. I find it works better to start at $0.01 and let 'em rip. You can place any reserve price you want on the item, but eBay's fee is based on that 1-cent starting price. That may have changed since I last sold anything (a year ago), but it's worth looking into.
